I’m having such trouble with WordPress. I can’t figure out how to resize my images. (Well, my daughter just figured that one out.) I can’t figure out how to place text where it should go. I can’t…. I can’t…. I don’t know how…. I don’t know how to…. This grandma needs HELP!!!

Inspired by the book “Circle Play,” I played around with circles. These quilts were made a long time ago. Just thought I’d bring them back.
I’ve been busy making purses, wall hangings and table runners for two fairs this weekend. One is on Rhode Island Ave., NE, my neighborhood, and the Sunday fair is on Carroll Ave. in Takoma Park, Md.
Here are some quilts I finished and portraits I’m learning to make.

A busy August. Completed several wallhangings. Here are four.
Fun stuff. Strips of fabric wrapped around clothesline and zigzag stitched. No two ever turn out the same – try as you may! These were 2011 Christmas gifts to family and friends. Dale, my studio mate, made the outstanding black and speckled one in the corner.
